DYNASTS OF LYCIA. Amm... (?), circa 480-460 BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 9.39 g, 1 h), uncertain mint. Lion seated to left, head facing and right foreleg raised. Rev. Forepart of Pegasos to right; all within dotted square within incuse square. Müseler III, 25 (same dies). Traité II, 240 and pl. XCV, 21. Vismara II, pl. VII, 59 (same dies). Rare. Minor porosity and struck from a slightly worn obverse die, otherwise, good very fine.
